Delete Your Agni Account

If you'd like to delete your Agni account and associated data, follow the steps below.

How to request deletion

Send an email to agniguthealth@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," using the same email address associated with your Agni account. We'll verify your request and confirm once it's processed.

What gets deleted

Once your request is verified, we will permanently delete:

Your account and sign-in information
All gut-sound audio recordings and sensor data
Meal photos and associated AI-derived analysis
Your AI coach conversation history
Your wellness questionnaire (Prakriti) responses
Your push notification identifier

What may be retained

We may retain minimal information for a limited period where required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes (for example, records needed to comply with applicable law). Any data retained for these purposes is not used for any other purpose and is deleted once it's no longer required.

Timeline

Deletion requests are processed within 30 days of verification.
